Conceived by Desola Jimmy-Eboma, founder of the Small-Scale Enterprises Lab (SSE Lab), this initiative is reshaping how aspiring business owners approach growth and sustainability.
A 90-day intensive program, the MBA equips participants with practical skills, strategic insights, and the confidence needed to compete in today’s dynamic market landscape. Early cohorts have reported noteworthy outcomes, including increased sales velocity, export milestones, and improved regulatory compliance—evidence that structured acceleration can turn modest beginnings into thriving enterprises.
Leadership and vision are central to the program’s design. Desola Jimmy-Eboma leads the SSE Lab, an empowering platform dedicated to developing MSMEs across Africa. With a focus on actionable learning, sustainability, and scalable systems, SSE Lab supports entrepreneurs from idea conception through execution and scale. The SSE Lab champions a diverse community spanning multiple sectors. Participants work in product-led sectors such as food, fashion, wellness, and crafts, as well as service-oriented fields including education, consulting, and digital solutions. This broad reach underscores the platform’s commitment to nurturing a resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.

For instance, Adebimpe Jenrola, a preschool teacher exploring her business path, joined the MBA’s five-day challenge seeking direction.
