Dyna.Ai, a global frontrunner in AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS), has officially commenced operations in Nigeria with an exclusive event titled “Nigeria Dyna Day”—a closed-door gathering held at Four Points by Sheraton in Lagos.
With the theme “AI Unleashed: Revolutionising Nigeria’s Financial Future,” the launch brought together top-tier professionals and decision-makers from fintech, telecom, government, and other strategic sectors. The event marked a significant step in aligning advanced AI solutions with Nigeria’s evolving digital finance ecosystem.
Nigeria: The Strategic Starting Point
In his welcome address, Tomas Skoumal, Dyna.Ai’s Chairman and Co-President, underscored Nigeria’s vital role in the company’s global expansion plans.
“For us, it makes sense to start in Nigeria. There is no bigger country in Africa—this is where the momentum is,” he said.
Skoumal emphasized that Africa is no longer a waiting story—it is a continent in transformation, and Nigeria is at the forefront. He expressed Dyna.Ai’s long-term commitment to the region not only by offering cutting-edge tools but by building sustainable infrastructure, nurturing local talent, and scaling homegrown innovation continent-wide.
Revolutionary AI Tools on Display
During the event, Dyna.Ai unveiled its flagship technologies, including:
-
Agent Studio: A proprietary AI platform tailored for business automation across functions like HR, marketing, collections, and customer support.
-
AvatarGPT: A hyper-realistic AI-powered digital human that enhances interactive user experiences.
-
VoiceGPT: A multilingual voice assistant with native fluency in Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo, making it ideal for personalized engagement in Nigeria’s diverse linguistic environment.
Attendees witnessed live demonstrations showing how these innovations drive more intuitive customer interactions and streamline enterprise operations.
Federal and State Governments Embrace Responsible AI
Delivering the keynote, Tokoni Peter Igoin, Special Assistant to the President on ICT Development and Digital Innovation, reaffirmed the Federal Government’s dedication to a safe, innovative digital economy.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration is committed to responsible innovation—fostering creativity while ensuring transparency, data protection, and cybersecurity,” Igoin declared.
Olatunbosun Alake, Lagos State Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, echoed that message from a regulatory perspective. He revealed that Lagos State will soon release its first AI guidelines to steer ethical and responsible AI deployment.
“They are not policies—just guidelines to ensure we are building products our children can safely use tomorrow,” Alake noted.
He also warned about the risks of unregulated AI, stressing that innovation must serve the public good:
“Unchecked AI isn’t just risky—it’s reputationally radioactive. The most enduring returns will come from values-aligned innovation.”
A Glimpse Into the Future
The day culminated in the AI Experience Forum, where guests explored hands-on demos, participated in thought leadership panels, and engaged with Dyna.Ai’s global executives. These immersive sessions gave industry stakeholders an up-close look at the transformative potential of AI in financial services and beyond.
With its Nigerian debut, Dyna.Ai is not just entering a new market—it is signaling a bold new era for Africa’s digital economy, where intelligent automation meets local insight to fuel financial inclusion and innovation at scale.
