With over 20 years of experience, Maureen’s career exemplifies resilience and success. Starting as a Management Trainee at FrieslandCampina WAMCO in 2003, she rose to the Management Team by 2024. Her leadership has reshaped Nigeria’s dairy market, notably repositioning Three Crowns Milk with the “Healthy Mums, Happy Families” campaign, which redefined the brand and strengthened its household presence.
As Marketing Manager for Peak, Nigeria’s top dairy brand for over 70 years, Maureen led initiatives that solidified its market dominance. Her expertise spans key roles in Channel & Category Development and Shopper Marketing, driving retail and digital innovations across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Maureen holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
