The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has called on entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate stakeholders across Nigeria to draw inspiration from the spirit of Easter by embracing hope, renewal, and resilience.
In a goodwill message marking the Easter celebration, the ACCI President highlighted the current hurdles facing the business sector — including economic instability, infrastructure challenges, and policy limitations. Despite these issues, the season was described as an ideal moment for introspection, creativity, and a renewed focus on economic advancement.
“Easter signifies fresh starts. It teaches us the strength of persistence and the value of unity during challenging times. As key players in the economy, we must keep innovating, support each other, and push for policies that encourage a stronger and more sustainable business environment,” the message read.
The Chamber reaffirmed its commitment to supporting private sector growth by fostering partnerships, engaging in meaningful advocacy, and building capacity to boost competitiveness and attract investment.
Business leaders were also encouraged to use the Easter season as a time to reassess their goals and seek out fresh opportunities that can drive development and create employment, especially given the current economic climate.
As the Easter celebration continues, the ACCI urged Nigerians to stay hopeful and committed to building an inclusive economy where businesses of all sizes can flourish.
