In response to the growing demand for hybrid workspaces in Nigeria, International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest provider of flexible working solutions, is opening two state-of-the-art locations in Lagos. The new workspaces, HQ Lagos Lekki Link Bridge and Regus Lagos Mansard Place, are part of IWG’s expansion strategy following its record-breaking revenue and network growth, with 465 new locations signed in the first half of 2024.
The two new spaces will cater to businesses of all sizes, from established firms to startups, offering a range of flexible office solutions including private offices, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces. The HQ Lagos workspace, located in Lekki, is set to open in March 2025, while the Regus location at Mansard Place will open in February 2025. Both locations will provide premium office environments, contributing to Lagos’ transformation into a ‘15-minute city,’ allowing workers to enjoy proximity to their homes and reducing commuting time.
As hybrid working becomes the norm, IWG’s expansion aligns with the increasing demand for flexible office space, expected to make up 30% of global commercial real estate by 2030. The company’s multi-brand strategy is designed to provide businesses of all sizes with the flexibility to grow, adapt, and reduce costs, while enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction.
