The organization’s dedication to DEI goes beyond creating an inclusive workplace, aiming to ensure its work resonates with and serves diverse communities.
Key highlights from the report include:
- Achievement of gender parity across all organizational levels for the first time since 2020
- Majority of women in executive leadership team
- 25% increase in Black staff in the United States since 2021, reflecting PATH’s commitment to racial equity
Additional highlights:
- Expansion of People Resource Groups, including Latinx at PATH and Asian at PATH
- Scaling of Equity in Programming Benchmarks, with over 50% of projects reporting changes to center equity
- Staff stories from global offices showcasing collaborative and inclusive workplace initiatives
