The announcement was made by Gbenga Komolafe, Chief Executive of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), during his keynote at the 24th Nigeria Oil and Gas (NOG) Energy Week 2025 conference in Abuja.
