Golden Penny Foods, a leading brand under Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN), hosted its 2025 B2C Dealers Conference on May 21 at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Sheraton, Ikeja. The event, themed “Power of 10X Unleashed,” focused on strengthening dealer relationships and accelerating exponential business growth through innovation, leadership, and collaboration.
The conference brought together FMN executives, including Devlin Hainsworth (Managing Director), Lara Yeku (Head of HR, Food Division), and Ilyas Kazeem (Marketing Director), alongside top-performing dealers across the country.
Addressing attendees, Hainsworth emphasized the company’s mission to “Feed and Enrich Lives, Every Day,” noting that the conference serves not only to celebrate excellence among partners but also to foster a two-way channel for feedback and long-term strategy.
A major highlight of the event was the recognition of top dealers and sales agents for their outstanding contributions. Custom-branded Golden Penny vans were awarded to the top three dealers — Alhaji Idris Saleh, Alhaji Lamidi Monsur Ayinde, and Alhaji Abbas Yahaya Isah — as a reward for loyalty and high performance. Other notable honors included the Rising Star and National B2C Awards.
Sales Director Ademola Adeoye reiterated the company’s commitment to accessibility, quality, and innovation. He noted that FMN’s dealer-centric model ensures mutual growth, driven by customer satisfaction and strategic expansion.
As part of its growth roadmap, Golden Penny introduced two new products: Yumbowl, a nutritious breakfast line, and Golden Penny Mayonnaise. These additions mark the brand’s continued innovation to meet changing consumer demands.
Marketing Director Ilyas Kazeem noted that the “Power of 10X” reflects the company’s belief in transformational growth through solid partnerships and brand strength. He revealed that new marketing campaigns are in place to boost visibility and deepen consumer engagement.
The conference concluded with a vibrant Gala Night themed “All Traditional Attire,” celebrating cultural heritage and mutual appreciation. The event further cemented the strong bond between Golden Penny and its dealer network, reinforcing the company’s vision of sustainable growth and nationwide impact.
