Despite earning a degree in Brewing Science and Technology from the University of Uyo, securing a job was a struggle. Yet, in that uncertainty, she discovered purpose.
Her breakthrough came in 2012 after attending an agricultural training program that introduced her to the potential of livestock feed production. With zero experience but a bold vision, she launched a small farm on just half a hectare of land. By season’s end, profits allowed her to expand, and by 2014, she had employees. Her journey from uncertainty to enterprise had begun.
Building a Sustainable Future Through Agriculture
Through Emani Farms, Emem has revolutionized farming practices by introducing modern, sustainable techniques that increase yields while preserving the environment. Her flagship brand, Giant Feeds, has become a staple among local farmers seeking certified, high-quality livestock feed.
