Lagos will once again become a hub for innovation in architecture, construction, and design as Ecobank Nigeria prepares to host the second edition of its flagship Design & Build showcase, scheduled for September 24–28, 2025 at the Ecobank Pan African Centre (EPAC), Victoria Island.
With the theme “How We Build, How We Live,” this year’s five-day experience is designed to explore the intersection of creativity, technology, and lifestyle. More than 40 carefully selected exhibitors will present trailblazing ideas in real estate, interiors, and construction—curated to highlight quality over scale and deliver a more engaging and impactful experience for attendees.
Speaking on the vision behind the event, Omoboye Odu, Head of SMEs at Ecobank Nigeria, described Design & Build as “a celebration of visionaries shaping Nigeria’s future.” According to her, the platform is not just about physical structures but about building purpose, connections, and better ways of living.
Curator Titi Fowora, Principal Interior Designer at Inu Designs, explained that the showcase was intentionally crafted to reflect both heritage and forward-thinking innovation. “This is a living canvas of transformation—where craftsmanship meets future-forward solutions, and where design inspires how we live,” she said.
