A new wave of bold leadership and business innovation is set to sweep across Africa as the Centre for Values Re-orientation and Attitudinal Change (CFAC) announces the fourth edition of its flagship Human Capital Re-orientation Conference, scheduled to hold on Friday, 2025, at the Los Angeles Event Centre, Abuja.
This year’s theme, “Unleashing Audacity: Building Bold Businesses in Africa,” captures the organisation’s renewed mission to inspire courage, discipline, and visionary thinking among African entrepreneurs and leaders.
In a statement signed by CFAC President, Dr. Raphael Ayua, the 2025 edition is expected to serve as a catalyst for a continental mindset revolution — one that blends value-driven leadership with scalable business innovation.
“This year’s conference is more than a dialogue — it is a movement designed to awaken audacity, build transformative leaders, and empower African businesses to compete globally,” Ayua said.
A Pan-African Platform for Change
Founded as a non-governmental organisation focused on leadership development, positive values, and attitudinal transformation, CFAC has, over the years, positioned itself as a catalyst for human capital renewal across Africa.
Through its annual conferences, mentorship initiatives, and community-based programmes, the organisation has cultivated a growing network of leaders who are redefining how values and ethics shape enterprise and governance.
The 2025 conference marks a milestone in that journey, expanding its influence beyond Nigeria to attract participants from across the continent.
Masterclasses, Pitch Contests, and the ‘Audacity’ Mindset
A key highlight of the event will be a masterclass by renowned business strategist Mr. Vusi Thembekwayo, whose insights on audacious entrepreneurship and leadership have shaped global business thinking.
Attendees will also participate in business scaling panels featuring leading African CEOs, alongside mindset re-engineering sessions led by behavioural experts focused on unlocking creativity and resilience.
Adding to the excitement is the MRC Pitch Contest, described as Nigeria’s boldest business pitch competition, designed to connect emerging founders with investors and mentors. The event will also feature investor meetups, strategic networking sessions, and an exclusive gala and awards dinner celebrating innovation and excellence.
Empowering Through the New School of Scale
The conference will also witness the launch of “The New School of Scale,” an initiative aimed at deepening post-conference learning, mentorship, and business acceleration.
According to Dr. Ayua, the programme is “pro-life” in nature — designed to reawaken Africa’s entrepreneurial spirit through shared knowledge, courage, and collaboration.
“We are building a platform where Africa’s audacious thinkers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers can co-create solutions that shape the continent’s future,” he added.
Honouring Trailblazers of Excellence
As part of the gala night, CFAC will honour a distinguished lineup of personalities for their exceptional contributions to society, innovation, and enterprise.
