Adron Homes and Properties has officially announced the appointment of a new Managing Director and a dynamic team of directors, aimed at strengthening and advancing the Adron brand. The company revealed the appointments of the following leaders, who will play a key role in driving the company’s vision forward:
- Adenike Ajobo as Managing Director
- Olubunmi Akinfe as Deputy Managing Director
- Ihuoma Azuru as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Lagos, Nigeria)
- Barbie Ette as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Northern Nigeria)
- Odunola Ogundapo as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Western Nigeria)
- Olasumbo Oguntoye as Assistant Managing Director of Housing, Nigeria
- Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup as Director General of Customer Service

- Adenike Ajobo, now Managing Director, brings exceptional expertise in corporate branding, public relations, and business strategy. A graduate of the University of Ibadan and The Polytechnic of Ibadan, Adenike’s career at Adron Homes began in January 2024 as Group Company Secretary. Her strategic leadership quickly propelled her to the role of Deputy Managing Director of Southern Nigeria, and her recent promotion as Managing Director reflects her outstanding contributions.
- Olubunmi Akinfe, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, has risen through various roles at Adron Homes, from Deputy Group Sales Manager to Deputy Group Customer Relations Officer, and eventually as Director General of Sales and Marketing. Her experience and leadership skills will be key to driving operational efficiency in her new role as Deputy Managing Director.
- Ihuoma Azuru holds an impressive academic background with a B.Sc. in Accounting, an M.Sc. in Business Management, an MBA in Human Resources, and is currently pursuing a Law degree. Her tenure with Adron Homes has been marked by rapid promotions, culminating in her appointment as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for Lagos, Nigeria.
- Odunola Ogundapo, with a strong academic foundation in Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the University of Lagos, began her career at Adron Homes in 2017. Her rapid rise from Business Executive to Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for Western Nigeria highlights her exceptional leadership and market insight.
- Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup, an experienced customer service specialist with a background in Estate Management and Customer Experience, has a proven track record of driving customer-centric strategies. Her promotion to Director General of Customer Service reflects her dedication to enhancing customer experiences at Adron Homes.
