Leadway, a leading Nigerian financial services and wellbeing provider, is significantly expanding its support for young entrepreneurs with the launch of Media Dash 3.0. This latest iteration introduces the Leadway Lifestyle Fair, a major two-day physical engagement platform designed to give Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) a powerful, cost-free avenue to boost visibility and connect directly with their target markets.
The inaugural Leadway Lifestyle Fair is scheduled for Saturday, December 27th, to Sunday, December 28th, at L’eola Hotel, Maryland, Lagos.
Evolving from Media Slots to Market Access
Media Dash is Leadway’s flagship support program, which previously focused on granting young entrepreneurs free use of the company’s advertising assets and media slots across digital and offline channels for nationwide promotion.
Media Dash 3.0 builds on this legacy, moving beyond purely visibility campaigns to deliver an immersive, community brand experience. As Olusakin Labeodan, CEO of Leadway Pensure PFA, explained:
“The newly introduced Lifestyle Fair offers small businesses a wider platform to physically connect with new customers and boost their visibility, all at no cost… Our entire business ecosystem is built around providing support and succour to businesses and individuals, and this affirms that commitment.”
The Benefit to Exhibitors
The fair is a dynamic, family-friendly event designed to attract a broad and engaged audience. It will feature:
-
Free Exhibition Space: Participating SMEs receive complimentary space to showcase and sell their products.
-
Engagement: Brand showcases, vendor exhibitions, SME spotlights, live music, and a kiddies’ corner.
-
Networking: A robust platform for entrepreneurs to forge partnerships and gain exposure.
The initiative is a strong affirmation of Leadway’s strategic positioning as an SME-empowering partner, leveraging its market presence (spanning insurance, pensions, asset management, and investment solutions) to drive grassroots economic growth.
