The recognition spotlights leaders who demonstrate impact, innovation, and strategic vision across industries. Established by Amb. Omotayo Salako, 40 Under 40 Nigeria creates avenues for mentorship, networking, and knowledge sharing, aligning with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda to promote sustainable growth and entrepreneurship.
Adewole, an economist and seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience, heads PWAN Stars, a leading real estate firm providing residential housing solutions, investment advisory, and business development services. His leadership has not only expanded housing accessibility but also strengthened investor confidence in Nigeria’s property sector.
A published author, The Smart Investor’s Guidebook, Adewole is also a familiar voice on television and in print media, sharing insights on finance, investment, and business strategy. His professional qualifications—including Fellow Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Chartered Stockbroker, and membership in the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK)—highlight his versatility and depth of expertise.
On receiving the award, Adewole reflected:
“This recognition belongs to the entire PWAN Stars team, whose dedication and commitment make our work possible. It encourages us to continue delivering sustainable, impactful solutions in real estate and beyond.”
He added:
“Leadership is about creating long-term value, fostering innovation, and contributing meaningfully to society. I hope this inspires other young professionals to pursue excellence and impactful initiatives.”
The award ceremony will take place on December 7, 2025, at The Ballroom, Oriental Hotel, Lagos, themed “Creating Lasting Impact and Development.” The event will gather leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs, celebrating contributions that drive national growth and socio-economic transformation.
Supported by Inventa Intellectual Property (Gold Partner) and Judomic (Brand Partner), the event also offers a platform for emerging professionals to network, learn from industry leaders, and explore new opportunities.
Through this honour, Adewole is recognised not just for business success but for his role as a catalyst for development, exemplifying how strategic leadership in real estate and investment can contribute to Nigeria’s broader socio-economic progress.
