Nigerian entrepreneur and trade specialist Juliet Ukpabio Archibong has launched FromAfricaB2B, a digital business-to-business marketplace designed to integrate African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into the global supply chain. The digital gateway allows local firms to set up complimentary business profiles to highlight their products, services, and operational capabilities. By centralizing product offers and purchase inquiries, the platform helps local merchants amplify their global visibility, secure long-term cross-border commercial relationships, and easily discover vetted international buyers.
The digital ecosystem is built to maximize transactional safety and simplify procurement. For corporate buyers, FromAfricaB2B incorporates targeted search and comparison filters, allowing procurement managers to request quotations, evaluate multiple suppliers concurrently, and accelerate selection timelines. It features an integrated direct messaging interface for real-time contractual negotiations regarding pricing, delivery terms, and product modifications. Once commercial agreements are finalized, transactions are processed and safeguarded via reliable global financial gateways, including PayPal.
Archibong leverages extensive trade diplomacy experience to anchor the venture. A 2024 International Relations graduate from the University of London, her career includes serving as the Director of Trade and Investment for Marketnext Global Nigeria in 2020 and Managing Director for the Nigerian chapter of the Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade in 2021. Following an instructional role in brand development at Orange Academy, she recently concluded a tenure as Head of Diplomatic Relations, Business, and Projects at the UK-based African Business Chamber in mid-2026.
