Following a successful inaugural event in Lagos that attracted nearly 2,000 physical participants, Stanbic IBTC Bank has announced a nationwide regional expansion of its flagship SME summit. The specialized tour is strategically structured to deliver direct corporate development, funding opportunities, and financial advisory services directly to business owners within their local markets. The phased regional rollout will commence in Onitsha on July 1, moving subsequently to Aba on July 8, Ibadan on July 15, and concluding in Kano on August 5.

Each regional hub event will feature expert-led masterclasses, panel sessions, and corporate networking exhibitions covering trade readiness, working capital management, and enterprise sustainability. A key highlight of the tour will be the deployment of on-site enterprise clinics. Through these clinics, Stanbic IBTC relationship managers and financial specialists will provide tailored, one-on-one consultation sessions on digital banking integrations, structured asset financing, and cross-border expansion tactics. The lender reaffirmed that scaling the capacity of small businesses is central to driving Nigeria’s broader economic resilience and sustainable development.
